Lana Smith
Senior Associate
Lana Smith is a Senior Associate at Montgomery, Marshall Healthcare Partners, LLC, which she joined July 2008. Lana is responsible for providing M&A advisory, corporate finance, and capital raising services to growth companies in the biotechnology and medical technology sectors.
Prior to joining MMHCP, Lana was an associate in the healthcare investment banking group at Montgomery & Co., LLC, joining them in April 2005. She began her career at Thomas Weisel Partners in the healthcare investment banking group in June 2004.
Lana holds an AB in Government from Dartmouth College.
