Deepa Prasad
Senior Associate
Deepa Prasad is a senior associate at Montgomery, Marshall Healthcare Partners, LLC. Prior to joining MMHCP in July 2008, Deepa worked in the healthcare group at Montgomery & Co., LLC. She joined Montgomery & Co. in October 2004 and has focused her efforts on M&A advisory, corporate finance, and capital raising services to growth companies in the biotechnology and the healthcare services sectors.
Prior to joining Montgomery & Co, Deepa was a Senior Associate at Triage Consulting Group where she led projects at various hospital systems around the country focusing on managed care payer issues.
Deepa holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
